What You’ll Need: a treadmill with which you are comfortable

What to Do: Warm up with a brisk 5-minute walk. Repeat the workout below for a total of 6 rounds. Cool down with another brisk 5-minute walk.

30-Sec Medium Intensity (4.5 mph)
1-Min High Intensity (7 mph)
Repeat x6
